Talent is sourced, reviewed and engaged for actual campaign requirements rather than presented as a standing bookable roster unless a real publishable roster exists.

The initial focus is female Latina and Latin American talent based in or available for lawful work in California. Applications create a talent-review record only; selection for any campaign depends on the actual brief, client approval, availability, compensation terms, work eligibility and applicable contracting requirements.
Participation framework
VALQUS Models is presented as a brand-collaboration and project-specific campaign-talent pathway, not as evidence of a licensed talent-agency function or standing roster. Participation does not itself create employment, exclusive representation or a guaranteed booking. Each engagement is subject to a written scope, compensation terms and applicable California employment, talent, work-eligibility and contracting requirements. Where a regulated talent-agency function is required, VALQUS will work through appropriately authorized parties.
