VALQUS Models is presented as a brand-collaboration and campaign-talent vertical. Participation does not itself create employment, exclusive representation or a guaranteed booking. Each engagement is subject to a written scope, compensation terms and applicable California employment, talent, work-eligibility and contracting requirements. Where a regulated talent-agency function is required, VALQUS will work through appropriately authorized parties.
